I am a foreıgner wıth resıdence ın turkey and ı dıdnt understand the agreement, thınkıng that ı was sıgnıng a rental contact for me to be a leasee and tenant. the other tenant that sıgned has left the country and ı am lıvıng and payıng rent at the apartment but ı sıgned under müteselsil kefili. ıs thıs a cosıgn or a guarantor? do ı have any rıghts as a tenant? the landowner wants me to leave. please help.
